Working on Campus Kulmbach

When people talk about the special spirit of the University of Bayreuth, they almost always mention the friendly campus. People praise the excellent research environment or the top positions in national and international rankings. But none of this would be possible without the many highly motivated employees who ensure that the university's research and teaching activities run smoothly.

With over 1,600 academic employees, including around 280 professors, and more than 1,000 non-scientific staff, the University of Bayreuth is one of the largest employers in the region.

And the Faculty of Life Sciences: Food, Nutrition and Health in Kulmbach is also growing. Become part of our team of currently around 100 employees, including 13 full professorships!

We are always looking for highly qualified and motivated employees in research and teaching, science management, administration and technology. They are the ones who make our success possible.
